this module - the development of Eugene, arkshine stole these modules, as well as Eugene overlaid share the source code. check references and the date on these sites, where Eugene presents these modules:

arkshine if you did not steal an initial code, specify in the first post that for module GeoIP completion works Eugene, namely an initial code of this module have been used.

Omg... no one stolen it, eugene's module was posted here too... arkshine just made module ( all in one ) by modificing (fuck this word) original GeoIP by amxx.. this is replace of original geoip

i use it on both win32 and linux, both binaries work totally fine for me
