Maps and sounds can't be downloaded in client side

Hi everybody,
we've recently set up a dedicated cs:go game server with sourcemod and it works fine, but when we added some sounds and maps to it ,clients can't download them.
all plugins are up to date and there is no error in log files.
whats going on?how we can fix it?

Just add all path sounds in
addons/sourcemod/configs/downloads.ini

You not need plugins for upload maps, SRCDS can do this when configure correctly.

You should explain in more detail to us, what you have done exactly.

What map you try to upload for players ?
- Give a link.

How you installed map into your server ?
- path / directory ?

Are you also using server host as uploading files from specific URL address ? Aka "fastdownload"
- Can you see your uploaded map files, using web browser like Firefox or Chrome ?
- Have you enter something in sv_downloadurl "http://url"cvar or have you keep it empty "" ?

Or are you using Steam workshop maps ?
