BD = Bomb Defused!
TB = Target Taken Out!

why you using SendAudio event for a message plugin?
you should use the TextMsg forward instead and which would be more efficient in replacing the messages then returning handled after to stop the default ones... ive tested yours and i still see the default message for a split sec.

So you can change the original message that shows into your own words
