Hello!

I would like to ask, if there is a possibility, to check somehow, what keys were pressed by players and log it to the amxx log.

Some of the keys to check: INS, ALT, and some other cheat keys.

My idea is to log the cheat keys, and if it was pressed more than x times, than the player should be banned.

Not possible. You can only detect commands assigned do those keys, not the keys themselves.
Also, that is not in any way a good anti-cheat. I personally have many commands bound to those keys.
