I have this on my server, I validated the files (app_update 740 validate) a few times before coming here, also tried to reinstall everything, still happening, any suggestions? (It's only happening on this specific server, on other servers on the dedicated server it's not happening)

You should know why, you added the plugin: sm pugins block.smx
Which according to the author, violates Sourcemod license.
Thus, I can't and won't help you.
