Can we get a popup menu for this nice plugin ??? like when you say for example !mute menu to come up with :

Mute
Gag
Silience

and when you press one of them the players on the server to appear in a list so u can choose which one u want to mute.Also time to be added and reason would be great

why would u need that ?? dyn ip people will simlpy restart the connection and unmute themself LOL the idea of this plugin is when the admin dicided to remove your mute,not the player

And the other way around, cafe accounts can just restart Steam and they'll get a new Steam ID. That's why you need muting by IP.

U can simply restrict cafe accounts by script but there is no way u can't stop dyn ip's

What are you talking about? We're talking about muting people by IP, not about blocking cafe accounts. Not everyone wants to block cafe accounts you know. And I don't think it ever happens that you have both a dynamic Steam ID and a dynamic IP, so if the first one doesn't work, just use the second one.
