Please help, it wont deny the ban

So, I am trying to deny admins with the custom6 / r flag from banning for more than 5 days(via chat command), and for admins with the t flag from banning for more than 30 days(via chat command), the s flag is anyone who should be able to ban for whatever time they want.
I got it to work, but then I added the second one, I am quite new to this.
I removed the normal menu options and added a different one in the adminmenu_custom, so that is intentionally removed.
Here is the source code, I am trying to get it to work with sourcebans, I have tried plugins that said it should work, but it doesn't with sourceban since it sends the information to the database no matter what the 3rd plugin says or not.
The part I am having trouble with is marked with red. :-)
