Hi guys
I downloaded plugin Freak Fortress 2 1.9.3 and was trying to translate it into Traditional Chinese.
However, every time i save the file and reopen, it goes back to ASCII.
Those Chinese characters i typed have gone unreadable characters.
I have tried both EmEditor and Notepad++

Open txt with notepad++ and follow these

1. edit file for whatever you want
2. encoding > convert to utf-8 without BOM
3. encoding > encode in ANSI
4. save

When you open saved file you may see characters back to normal but try to open with wordpad and you will see its saved as utf-8.
