I don't get it, mg_Creative still give weapon to player at start and won't reset. Any solution for this?

you have to still use this plugin to reset weapons on player spawn, if it doesn't work, it means either the map does not use a game_player_equip entity to strip weapons from players or you have other plugins that give players weapon when they spawn

try mp_equipment_reset_rounds 1
100% that map doesn't have a game_player_equip without flag 1 (this plugin needs that)
