i also got a question on the mine help file..

where exactly do u put the mine_help.html file??

u said "amxx/custom" but 1) there is no custom folder, doesnt tell me to make 1 and 2) should amxx be the "amxmodx" folder? im a bit confused!

and...

when u use the proximitymine.mdl file in models/mines does the new model appear over the c4 default? (not the real bomb)

Easy Fixes

1. open up the .sma with notepad and find the lines amxx/custom, change them to amxmod/configs....then put the html in there.

2. no. Bomb models are w_c4, v_c4 & p_c4. All they were talking about is using one of the c4 models as the mine, so that players think the mine is a planted bomb.

hey, I put the plugin file off of the zip in my plugins folder and noticed it looked out of place. It shows it as a notepad file, not an amxx file like all my other plugins that work. I tried compiling (and yes I put the inc file where it needed to be) and got an error "could not locate output file valve/steam/steammapps/yada/yada"

today could be the day (hint, hint, hint) either the steam or the amx update has broken it, all i get now is a msg saying "can't buy now, -5 seconds has passed" I've tried disabling it obeying buy time. changing my buytime to 0, then to 10, then 50. but to no avail. any ideas, cos people love this plugin.
