Description:
This plugin allows admins (who have the required access level) to bind a key to +adminvoice and chat via
vocom to other admins, regular players (or admins who don't have the required listen level) can not hear the voice chat.

Usage:
Bind a key to +adminvoice

Credit:
This plugin is based off the idea by KCE (http://www.nsmod.org/forums/index.php?s=&s...indpost&p=23204)
and Zor (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=2400).
The modified code snipplet comes from watch (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showpost.php?...898&postcount=9) who's idea on
how to get around the set_client_listening() bug, made this plugin possible.

Change Log:
v0.1 - v0.8 - Basic plugin functionality coded.
v0.9 - Added abilitiy to define what admin level you want for talk/listen
v1.0 - inital release
v1.1 - fixed non admins being able to see chat
v1.2 - fixed people being able to see "is talking to admin" by non admins.
v1.3 - fixed admin level problems by checking it once and storing it.
v1.4 - removed some unneeded thiings and cleaned up code


NOTE: Theoretically this should work for all mods, it is not NS specific, although I only tested it on NS

Don't use get_maxplayers, use get_players instead.

Dont use the same key you have bound to +adminvoice. Use the default +voicerecord.

Now this is more than usefull.

Let me explain........

Problem with my clan s our members can be idiots at times aswell as people who join our servers. and we have a TS2 but to be able to talk to other admins about it without the clan member knowing we would have to ALT+TAB out of the game move to a diff chan and then do it again when we are done.
now if ur system is a stupid as mine the ALT+TAB can take a while sometimes and also u wont be AFK and get shot by the time u get back.

i am about to go and install this one and do some testing on CS:CZ.

i will post back on whether it works for it or not seen as u have not managed to test it on it.

Hawk if this works i beg of ya to approve it as it is very usefull for admins
