How long does it take to get an api key? I sent an email about 6 days ago.

All depends on the amount of research needed to be done into the request. This forum is about the code of the plugin though. You should ask about the api key via email or on the SteamRep forum.

I get this error a lot. How do I fix it?

EDIT: I see this in the sockets extension thread and have a linux serveron't use ports below 1024 for listening sockets due to permission restrictions on linux. Could port 80 being below 1024 be the reason?

That error is coming from your Sockets extension. There may be an issue with the extension or there may be an issue with your host allowing outbound access on port 80. I would check with the Sockets Extension to find out about the error number.

It's an outbound port 80. I developed the plugin using a Linux server so I can assure you it isn't that.

That usually means that port 80 is bound to a different IP on outbound than was used to get an API key. I can fix this for you but I need to know what server IP address you had given when requesting an API key.
