[PAID REQUEST] Donation System

Hello,

I need a donation system, for a server of a friend i know.
Here is what the donation system needs.

A form for a webpage, where people can choose a category, enter their steamID and validate it, and pay with paypal, Phone call or sms/ Also Paysafecard and Ideal should be addable later when we get our taxnumber (but not now).

When the people that donate complete their payment, they need to get their rights automaticly ingame.
For example

User 1 donates 5 bucks, and completes the payment. After the payment he joins the server, then he has to see his skins/VIP tag/....

If somebody that can script this can help, that would be really appreciated.
The scripter will be payed as well (Prizes will be made in steam or PM)

I hope somebody can link me an existing system like this, or help out scripting this.
