How to Remove Scout in cs 1.6 !

WE got a Big problem in map Scoute and knife.
We tryid to remove scoute in gungame mod , but nothing happends.
When we start the map you start with scoute and a start weapon

Plz Help us out ......

Try setting gg_block_equips to 2 in your gungame.cfg if it isn't already, and you might not need any other plugins.
