Crouch Jump command or plugin?

The following may sound stupid.

I recently finished my Bunnyhop server and i found out that crouch jumps wont work.They are working only when i set the gravity to 785 but i don't want to do that.

But when i play on a online server like DHC or Failtime they work fine.

Does anyone know what is the plugin or the command to fix it or to tell my if i'm doing something wrong.Would appreciate any help.
