[tf2] Something to deal with this heavy mini crit exploit

Can someone whip up something real quick to deal with this exploit. An easy way would be to check the melee slot for a mini gun and the secondary slot for a steak and if both are found do X. I'm sure we would all love if someone did this real quick.
