Okay, this will block the C&D as before and whenever the player loadout is regenerated if he/she is the last player and a spy the C&D will be removed.

I'm pretty sure that this will work without any problems.

By the way, if you want, I can change it to use TF2items to give you the default watch to every spy wearing the C&D when the sudden death starts.
