The tank navigation of the bot is often pretty bad (campaign or versus), it will result in him being stuck and die after a while. I know that there is a cvar to augment the time that tank can survive when he is stuck but that does not solve the problem. It is possible to detect when the AI is stuck for more than a few seconds to unblock him ? For the method on where to teleport him i am not sure it needs to be fair obviously.

I am surprise nobody though about doing a plugin for that, this will be a quality of life improvement.

As i was thinking his method is terrible, teleporting the tank on survivors is a no. There must be another way.
