I am looking for a software/library providing an automatic setup of a gameservers (csgo) including ftp-access.

I would like to limit the threads or if that is better to asign a specific core to the gameserver.

Would be awesome if you post an answer to one out both questions.

Yes, don't do it...

supposing you have a root server with 6 physical cores: not limiting the threads will result in 12 threads running for each gameservers. if you are running only one server this might be okay. but supposing you are running 6 servers on that machine, you have 72 threads with permanent parallelization and reweight of each thread. that's not good. two or three threads for one csgo gameservers should be enough and is probably making each gameserver himself running more stable. but how?
