No matter how I've tried to format the .cfg file, I keep getting white text displayed like this:

{green}[clantag] {purple}Welcome to our server.Blahblahblah

here is the current formatting, I have 5 messages total but one should suffice for the sake of this question:

I've tried with all caps {GREEN}, only first letter caps {Green}, and with all lower case {green}. None of them are working and always show the words {green} and {purple} in the chat.

Also, it seems that if you update the .cfg, even a map change won't reload that configuration with it's updates. I have used the sm_map as well as the rcon changelevel functions to change the map after a ServerAdvertisement.cfg change, and the old layout still stays. Not a huge deal but I wanted to mention it while I'm here.

Plugin is installed properly. Messages display just with no color. CSGO. Current stable branch of SM and MM:S. No errors in the logs.
