Anyways no doubt it works for you, but it just won't work for me, not even after restarting the entire dedicated server the CSS servers run on.

I have however made some progress by putting em in OnConfigsExecuted(), now only have a problem that the killmessage prepare is called too early, which I'll probs toss in OnConfigsExecuted() if possible.

Could do that, but not such a fan of timers in these cases. What if the dedi is having a high load, and starting srcds takes longer then usual?

Fixed it, updated first post with new files. Both plugins have been updated, rest of files unchanged.
