It needs to placed in your plugins dir. and its name in the plugins.ini

does it work if they picked up the awp cuz i use the CSDM plugin and i dont want ppl using awp but i cant stop it nevermind i just took it out of the menu

This is a great plugin for where you don't want to ban awps......(its a good little trick with a sting....loosing ~$6000 is not good) and people will learn after a while....lol.

great work with this, only one problem i see, when they get buried and then come back with a scout, its too fast, or better yet, make it so it buries them till they drop the awp underground and then they'll come back, heh . . . vicious . . . but funny

i want to edit this to make it block the g3sg1 autosniper, so i figured just change awp to g3sg1 everywhere i see it, but ti doesnt work. Can someone help me?

Read the stickies in the support forum for Map configs, and use the command

amxx pause "pluginname.amxx"

inside it to pause it.

I take that back, just read the stickies and do as bigballer says. Although I'm sure that that would work, but his is better.
