Hello i want to ask i see very much server using models and everything other but dont need to download, model are in server player can join and not need to download its possible or how make this ?

That's not possible if the model is not one of the default game models (external, custom made...).
However, I think you can use half-life models without the need to download (not sure, but should work)

Half-Life models are like CS 1.6 models, stored within every client and server. CS 1.6 reads resources from both the base game directory 'valve' and its respective mod directory 'cstrike'.

Yes u can use models from HL as well as cs1.6
Its possible because maybe they are models belonging to HL / 1.6 or you have already downloaded them from another server, orr you have placed any models by urself ( custom ) in your game directory

Nothing other than this is possible
