Hi, when i tried to compile .sp to .smx there was an error:
plugin.sp(25) : error 017: undefined symbol "Command_muteall",
that mean if you want to this plugin work you need to change:
Command_muteall ---> Cmd_muteall
Edit: Here is plugin to unmute players

In my server there was some cases when admins wanted to just mute/ban everyone so we blocked sm_mute @all, + if i would done this, list of mutes would be shown on sourcebans page.
