I tried doing this "Tony Montana" it almost work but it resetted the name TonyMontana . Can you add special characteristic like spaces into ressetting format somehow?

It will reset the rank. If he is connected, he will have the start points and everything as a new player. If not, them he won't show up at the list.
For names with spaces you to put the name into the quotes.
resetrank "name"

Another thing, I found that names with quotations don't appear when resetting the rankname. For eg.
name on the top 10 list: Arnold Poet" Jackson

Another problem is position 120 in the top list isnt showing properly? Why is that? I tried to resetting some names but that position keeps on being invisible.

Well, about the position 120, it is because of the limit of characters in a menu.
About the quotes is because, for protecting from SQL Inject, it will remove quotes. So if a player has quotes in their name, he uses double single quote ('').
