Excuse me, does srcds work this patch? After the last patch (last week), i can't host anymore. sourcemod(4081) & metamod(855) have already updated to latest version.

I saw this line.
"[D2Fixups] Warning: Failed to setup Test Client shutdown patch."
Does that mean the problem is d2fixup?

I also have another question. If I create a web chat room for my friends, how can I let them join team without console command in game(jointeam good/bad), like d2ware's lobby. I only know is using steam://connect/ip:port/password to connect, but don't know how to select team from browser.

Is using websocket to interact with sourcemod?

That is just a debug message, and it's fine. It's saying that the patch for the test client didn't work, which is completely normal on the main client.

Works fine for me with just MM:S, D2Fixups, and SM.

Hey Guys, i know my question was asked before, it's about the captain's mode
if i type dota_force_gamemode 2 after the server starts and before any player has connected, it was no problem, to get into captain's mode, but the captain's unable to ban/pick a hero. has anyone solved this problem till now?

It says in the guide that the lateset MM:S might not be your best bet, so try an older version which might work for you.

McM3yer, a few posts back there was a guy who listed the method (but deleted it for some reason).

Apparently (since i haven't tested it myself), the way to get CM mode working is;

Have radiant team join first, with 5th person who joins radiant team being designated as the one who picks - dire can join randomly, and it should work.

I guess my usual way of setting up the server is wrong:
-copy dota2 to c:/dotaserver
-extract dedicated server files to folder
-add latest metamod and d2fixups
-i have tried all of the metamods from latest to 857

none work for me, can you suggest anything else

Works for me, does it launch or just crash on startup with any errors?
