Morning. How to find the best server rates suitable for all players? Because one part of the players are satisfied and the other is not. They say they feel lag and bullets hit inaccurately

My current rates:

sv_minrate 25000
sv_maxrate 50000
sv_minupdaterate 60
sv_maxupdaterate 101
sys_ticrate 2000
rate 25000
sv_unlag "1"
sv_maxunlag "0.1"
sv_unlagsamples "1"

VPS's parameters:

4 vCPU
16 GB (using 1.41 GB)
160 GB SATA (Inode 5%)
100 Mbps (up to 16 TB/mėn.)
0.36 TB = 0.02 TB (in) + 0.34 TB (out)

Players 25 / 32

And -pingboost 3 in the startline.

Try without pingboost. Otherwise. Amxx pingboost controller, Variable timing sys_ticrate.

There's a big difference between allowing to use fps_max 101 or fps_max 200?

And what changes should I see when varying between lpb, hpw, noems ? Higher FPS ?

autoexec.cfg in my game folder "\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life\cstrike" (tell people on your server to change their rates to these, to better match the server rates)

Please, if you have no idea about the client's connection to the server, don't give advices on how they should set their settings.
Everyone has different connections, so they have different settings to use. In real, you could use different settings for each server.
All you can do is setting limitations to their net settings, everything else is out of your control.

cl_updaterate should equal the server’s fps, and shouldn’t exceed the server’s sv_maxupdaterate value.

cl_cmdrate equal to or higher than the server’s fps.
