If you want to set the menu only available for ADMIN_KICK, just do this

so you don't need to check if player has that flags in your function.
Btw your clcmd is say /shopadmin, not /adminshop, so check it again, because I don't see anything wrong with the menu code.

pcvar_gravity is the price of the gravity stuff.
