I hva no problem with russian the HUD is fitting. UTF-8 encodage is needed.

Ok the probleme is you reach the limit.
You have two choices:

1 - Make sentence short for the first.
2 - Take off one color.

I am using this on a deathmatch server and it only seems to show up on the first respawn, is this plugin just for round-based servers?

The plugin kook just the player_hurt nothing about round or respawn. You have a config file to set each weapon type access. Any errors?
