Mind adding a new value for sm_votemap_immediate which would change the the CVAR for the next map, and then exectute mp_timelimit 1. This you theoretically make the map change at the end of the next round.

Silly me, I forgot to use StripQuotes(). Fixed now

Good stuff. You may also want to detect bots in the server and remove them from the vote menus.
