Strange error on my side this plugin only works when Red team has won for some reason. Blu team would win and then it wouldn't.

Odd, there's nothing in the code to check for what team won. It's working fine on mine.

Got a strange thing, people keeps popping even after 1 second after the victory. Got a domination in the spawn on 8 people in one time. Disabled for now.
