[TF2] CP Push|Attack/Defend Configs

KOTH and CTF maps can be determined by reading the map's prefix (koth_ and ctf_), this is signifcant since CP Push and Attack/Defend maps all use the cp_ prefix, and the only way to tell them apart is to look at the control points, which is what this plugin does .

I would recommend using this plugin for CP maps and Extended Map configs for all other gametypes. It's working flawlessly for us.

ok i'm old so i am a little slow. so what do we put in those cfg files anyways i don't under stand i guess?
