Slowdown when shooting

I've got this problem when i added 2 or 3 new heroes to my server..

I added:
Neo
FPS Doug
Naruto (Shadow Clone Jutsu)

And its really annoying..

disable them 1 by 1 and see wich hero is causing that

do you have amx super on your server ?

Did your problem occur when you added new hero's as well or was this something ongoing?
