Is it possible that a daily usage of hlstatsx is approx. 5gigs a day?
In 13 days (included the off-time while setting up the server) it spent total of 24808.42mb..
See the pic bellow.

That is the statistic from only a subdomain on which hlstatsx is installed and nothing else.
I use basic stuff, with daily awards, no hitbox or anything.. It just consumed all of my monthly traffic xD Now my website is unavailable xD

How many servers are you tracking? It is possible if you have several configured and they are fairly active

Only one server which is weird..
But now i figured.. It might not be hlstatsx problem...
I used AWStats cpanel tool to check for bw...
Everything was normal, but, check this out:

Apparently, googlebot made 23.26gb of bandwidth... And only on subdomain on which is hlstatsx located.. How the hell is that possible Oo

Sounds like you have a large file that is public and Google found it. Review the access_log and see what it accessed or review you public files and make sure there isn't anything public that shouldn't be

Nothing. I don't have large files hosted. My stats subdomain containts only hlstatsx. It's entire folder has 55.36 MB of data.
I've reviewed access_log , Googlebot only hits hlstats.php and for about approx. 50hits per minute.

I have created robots.txt with content

User-agent: *
Disallow: /

hoping it will block Googlebot. Kind of sad, but it's a temp solution I never had this problem before.
