Damage Supperssor

Allow players to block 100% self damage by using !nodamage on chat.

Work for anygame with SDKHooks support.

csgo, ive set the cvar on and off, cant seem to get it to work. i throw the grenade at the wall let it bounce back and i get 6 hp with sm_damage_suppressor_enabled 1 (default) then i tried again with sm_damage_suppressor_enabled 0 and i was taken to 6 hp again.

Stranger in my CSGO Server without this plugin HE grenade (weapon_hegrenade) do not deal damage by default, only the molotov (weapon_molotov) and indendery (weapon (incendery) deal damage.

With the plugin on, it usually works off damage when you type !nodamage in chat.
