they all not workin i tested all this plugin cant spec enemy team players team 0 is not working

Try the plugin attached for teamswap sm_swap is the command works for me after the dangerzone update - and for admin esp just set sv_competitive_official_5v5 to 1 in your server config and type spec_show_xray and set that to 1 in your console in-game. they also added this to csgo recently.
