Hello. I am running 4 servers with these specs:

RAM 18000 mb RAM (18gb)
CPU 5 x 3 GHz vCPUs
SSD 80 GB
Bandwidth 200 Mbps
Servers actually have no lags if there are less than 20 players on each. When any server hits 20+ players, CPU % of that server jumps randomly from 20% to 100% for like 3 seconds and then it backs to normal so players are complaining that once per minute they have huge latency which jumps randomly but not always. Each server has 64-75 plugins running and all modules are enabled. I've changed sv_unlag 1 to 0 because 15-20% players usually have 100+ ping so I thought they cause lags others, so I've turned the compensation off but it didn't solved a problem.

Any ideas of what could be wrong? Host providers told me to take a look on servers itself because these specs should be enough to run this amount of servers when they're full.
