I believe that there is problem with map group but i dont know how to solve it. I removed de_dust, inferno and that kinda of maps from server so i get more size for JB maps but still at end of the map i have voting in tab menu, although that there is plugin nominate which starts voting one min before map end. And on almost every(80%) map changing server crash and restart.

Can you upload some error logs or something? Without that, we can't help you.
If you want to disable the votes when the map end, set this: mp_endmatch_votenextmap 0
(And as i noticed if i remove the default maps they will be redownloaded automatically with the newest csgo update)
