Before the creation of AMXX, the 0.98 version of AMX gave users with "Z" access that ability to use the "amx_who" command. That's been changed in AMXX to allow usage only by admins. I'm aware of the "Y" level now granting this access, but that level also allow things such as "amx_motd" and "amx_reloadadmins". The "amx_who" command has been a great tool when some of our users have reserved slot problems or need to find out what they're STEAM id is.

So the question is, what is necessary to move "amx_who" back to a "Z" level access, instead of being in the "Y" level?

ye.. this was a fuckin stupid change done by amxx dev team

Open admincmd.sma in any text editor..
change the ADMIN_ADMIN in line 56 to ADMIN_USER
Then compile

i just change it to 0 all users can use it.

A _lot_ of admins will abuse a lot more if nobody knows who they are
