[imported_Haas]

In tf2 there is a server side command wich scramles the teams.
This is very ussfull on public servers to prevent clan dominations.
But there is not always a admin with acces or an admin at all to do it so could it be possible that some one here wants to make a plugin like the rtv cmd but then voor de mp_scrambleteams command.
Here is a quote from valve:
Server admin can manually scramble the teams using the mp_scrambleteams command. The command will scramble the teams and reset the team scores (but not the individiual player scores).
