Can I use standart mod, csdm, gungame, zombie in ONE? So people play and choose next mode to play, am i right?

ok then i need to write gungame.amxx, csdm.amxx, jctf.amxx in plugins.ini? so all mods have to be enabled?

I've not personally tried it but you can search through the posts in the thread to see if anyone has tried it (I think I've seen it posted).

You can't use Galileo with Polymorph.
