[REQ] Play Sounds

Plugin for admins only to allow to play a sounds from predefined list.
(Of course, it looks like to Mani "Play Sound" module)

sounds with menu for admins need...

Maybe you should request this functionality for the say sounds plugin. He might be up for it.

... for admins: is it "say" or "play" ?

Anthony, you want a simple admin sounds plugin like Mani has right?

I will put it together today as soon as I finish the team balancer enhancements and the anti-camp plugin.
