oh i guess "People don't use unapproved plugins."

I just realized English may not have been your first language, and now I regret poking fun at your grammar.

Well I got confused at that point. There are three types of plugins:
-Approved plugin
-New plugin
-Unapproved plugin
I could say "I have two new plugins.", but they weren't new. I couldn't say unapproved, because they were not unapproved. So I said not approved

New Plugin / Unapproved Plugin = the same on this forum. Unapproved is simply an adjective that means "not approved." You were thinking unapproved meant DISapproved. DISapproved is the verb that would mean to reject.

"People don't use not approved plugins." could work.
"People don't use unapproved plugins." the more accepted way of saying it, because the plugins have not been approved yet. (and they were not disapproved)

Unapproved means DISapproved, in this forum. The issue is that DISapproved and NEW plugins share the same forum, which BAIL is fixing soon.
