Everytime i start my server and type meta list its shows blank and i hafto type meta load <plugin_mm> to get it work and after a while it comes an error says: The instruction at 0×7777f3d9 reference memory at 0×0c73a8bb. The memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate the program.

what shoud i do??

Post in the plugin's thread/forum. If it crashes loading a plugin, odds are the plugin is to blame.
