I think make p_ w_ is not hard.. But p_ file waste my time too much

Every day I discover fascinating threads like this one
well. I am testing to make my own p_ and w_ models, cause I have too many nice models without them.
but I encountered a problem . this file: f_ak47_template.smd, can't be found when I decompiled a model converted from CS:S. or from cs condition zero like this one: http://www.fpsbanana.com/skins/71241.
any ideas please ?
