Compiling for metamod doesn't work with metamod-p

Does anyone experienced this behavior?

Compiling a metamod module with metamod headers works like a charm with metamod. If I switch to metamod-p, the server crash with this module.

I've experienced this with latest metamod and in past with older metamod/metamod-p.

Even if I compile stub_plugin (that comes with metamod) the problem exists.
