Updated to v1.2. See the changelog in the script for more details. I expect 1.3 to be the final release.

just a quick question.....i watched the video and its a cool mod. now say im playing cs or dod , and the players arent able to Kick or Punch....in that case what would this plugin do and how would the players be able to duel?

It's just the HL mod. You can duel using any weapons.

tried it out on dod 1.3

mod has no effect on game at all. say / dont work, nor do any actions.
