Can we have a new rank system that do not need to connect to the server outside

like the one closed system in

Also, in this rank system, we want to make it like the CS 1.6 version.
That is, we want to have /top15 instead of /top10
And, we want to rank the player by the following order instead of point system
The order:
1) (Kill - Death)
2) (Total Kill)
3) (Total Assist)
