What happens whene the Commanding CT dies? can someone else take the command?

Suggestion:
Person that types !commander and use his mic gets the command instead of the person without mic

@Groger. When the commander die the commander position is avaiable again. When the commander left the position is avaiable again

No no, mute all and Commander can speak, to evade 3 or 4 CT speaking in same time...

And TR giving some order...

Version 1.2 released. Fixed that the Commander is darker blue than the other ct's. Also fixed som buggs. RECOMMENDED to change to this version
