Alright so today i decided to make a css server, i made it with steamcmd following this video "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rIrcmOAN… Allright. So what i did next is downloaded sourcemod and mmsource, and downloaded RockTheVote plugin. Putted the .smx into the plugins folder, alright so i restarted the server then tested rtv ingame. Did not work well tried !rtv, did not work then i tried rockthevote, still not work then i tried !rockthevote and /rockthevote. None worked, alright so i tried another plugin, "Sm_Hosties 2" (im making a jailbreak server) so i try to do !lr ingame and it does not work! so no plugins work... HELP I BEG YOU! I REALLY WANT TO PLAY JAIL WITH MY FRIENDS!

Ps: i have generated a metamod.vdf and putted it in my addons folder.
